Job Description
The Baobab Beach Resort and Spa is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. Set within 80 acres of tropical gardens overlooking the Indian Ocean, the resort offers an oasis of tranquillity and serenity. The successful candidate will support the F&B Manager in daily operations and maintain high service standards across all outlets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Manager in daily outlet operations
- Maintain and elevate service standards across all outlets
- Oversee staff scheduling and staff training initiatives
- Lead daily briefings and staff training initiatives
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Monitor buffet presentation and service quality
- Drive ala carte sales and guest satisfaction
- Manage stock control and operational efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional
