Job Description
Are you a finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? This could be your next big move! Four Points by Sheraton Kampala is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations, ensure compliance, and enhance financial performance within the hotel.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily financial operations and reporting
- Support the management of accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
- Monitor and control Food & Beverage (F&B) costs and revenue streams
- Supervise purchase, receiving, and store management processes
- Conduct income audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial efficiency and performance
