Engineering Support: Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems, components, and processes.
Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of engineering projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documents, such as engineering drawings, specifications, manuals, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Quality Control: Participate in quality control and assurance activities, including inspection, testing, and evaluation of mechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Education: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required. Some positions may accept candidates with an associate degree or diploma in mechanical engineering technology.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, as well as other engineering tools and software applications relevant to mechanical design and analysis.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and mechanical design principles.
Experience: Previous experience in a relevant engineering role, such as internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions, is often preferred. Experience with mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, or project management can be beneficial.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered in mechanical engineering projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information, collaborate with team members, and interact with clients and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing technical documents, performing calculations, and conducting testing and analysis to ensure accuracy and precision in engineering work.
