Job Description
The Architect will lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and plans for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company goals, and regulatory standards. The role requires proficiency in architectural design software, strong knowledge of building codes, and effective collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, supervising construction, resolving design-related issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for real estate projects.
Prepare drawings, plans, BOQs, and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity.
Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs.
Identify and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Prepare visual presentations, renders, and proposals for client engagement.
Prepare project documentation, approvals, reports, and as-built drawings.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and supervision of real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and Nigerian regulations.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) registration preferred.
