Conducting regular field visits and trainings on agronomic practices, pest and disease management, post-harvest handling, value addition, and marketing.

Conducting regular field visits and trainings on agronomic practices, pest and disease management, post-harvest handling, value addition, and marketing.
Facilitating linkages between farmers and other stakeholders such as input suppliers, buyers, processors, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of the YFFU programs and activities on the farmers and community members.
Preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports on the field activities and achievements.
Participating in advocacy and networking activities to promote the interests and rights of the farmers and community members.

A diploma or degree in agriculture, extension, or a related field from a recognized institution.
At least two years of relevant work experience in agricultural extension, community development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet use.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
Fluency in English and at least one local language.
