The job holder will be responsible for the Agency sales performance and be in charge
of agency manpower development.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for growth of Sales from the assigned Agency Office(s).
Lead sales operations within the agency office allocated.
Responsible for growth and retention of the agency force.
Co-opt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation of Company's marketing strategy.
Plan advertising budget and implement appropriate advertising channels.
Plan performance review meeting with the agents and Unit Manager.
Minimize company risks by monitoring the operations of the agency.
Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure prompt delivery of documents and settlement of claims relating to clients.

Key Competencies
Ability to lead the agency sales teams.
Abilities to increase sales in the agency.
Qualifications
Listening and communication skills.
Good Interpersonal relationships.
Ability to Multi-task.
An undergraduate degree from an accredited university in any field.
Relevant sales, marketing, insurance and life insurance related knowledge.
Holder of a professional qualification (COP, CII or equivalent).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and packages.
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial sector or a Life Insurance company.
