Job Description
The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing team management, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing insurance and finance-related activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues professionally
- Support financial planning and management within the agency
