Job Description
The Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The role supports staff, coordinates office resources, enforces administrative policies, and ensures a well-organized, compliant, and productive working environment in line with MOGO Uganda’s standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily office administration and support services.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables, including inventory control and re-ordering.
- Support procurement processes by raising requisitions, following up on deliveries, and maintaining supplier documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, staff travel, and company events.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including workspace and equipment allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Handle correspondence, memos, and internal communications as assigned.
- Liaise with service providers, landlords, and vendors to ensure service delivery and contract compliance.
- Assist in budget monitoring for administrative expenses and cost control.
- Support health, safety, and security standards within office premises.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with the role.
