Position Overview
Watoto Christian International School is seeking a committed ACE Monitor / High School Teacher with a specialization in History and Economics. The successful candidate will support the academic, spiritual, and moral development of learners while facilitating classroom learning within the ACE framework.

How to Apply
Deliver engaging History and Economics lessons using the ACE curriculum to high school students.
Facilitate reading development and comprehension skills across various student levels.
Support daily operations in the Learning Center, including managing PACE materials, test preparation, and student assessments.
Maintain accurate student attendance records and oversee goal check reports.
Supervise classroom activities, breaks, and lunch periods while responding to non-academic questions.
Oversee the scoring station and ensure neatness, organization, and proper use of scoring materials.
Encourage student discipline by issuing merits/demerits and supervising scripture memorization and detention.
Foster a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment in line with the school’s Christian values.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the supervisor regarding student progress and behavior.
Uphold the vision, mission, and values of Watoto Church Ministries within the school setting.
Practice good stewardship by ensuring proper use and care of all school property and learning resources.
Minimum of a Diploma in Secondary Education, with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
Experience or training in the ACE curriculum (Supervisor/Monitor Certification) is a strong advantage.
Strong Christian values and a heart for nurturing young people.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in computer applications and digital classroom tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
