Job Description
The Accounts and Finance Graduate Trainee will support the finance department in performing accounting and financial management tasks while gaining practical experience in financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Supporting the accounts team in maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Assisting in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Supporting reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining financial databases.
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Helping monitor departmental expenditures and budgets.
- Filing and organizing financial documents and records.
- Supporting the accounts team during audits and financial reviews.
- Performing any other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
