How to Apply
Responsibilities:
• Manage all financial transactions, including recording and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations (URA, URSB, PAYE).
• Create detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Advise clients on financial planning and strategies for optimizing operations.
• Conduct audits and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Practical experience with URA and URSB systems is a must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
