How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor budgets to ensure the company operates within financial limits.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements, including the timely filing of returns.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of tax laws and financial regulations in Uganda.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
