Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role involves working closely with a team of four and reporting directly to the General Manager. The Accountant will also inspect accounting systems for efficiency, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend financial and operational improvements.

Essential Qualifications:
Post-secondary Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis and accounting software (ERP).
Excellent judgment, decision-making, coordination, and time management skills.
Knowledge of economics, accounting, administration, and customer service.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA certification is an added advantage.
Additional skills in accounting and finance are a plus.
