Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the daily financial operations of the company including bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with financial policies. The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to support business decisions with timely and accurate financial insights.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing of statutory obligations
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Provide support during internal and external audits
Monitor financial transactions and ensure documentation is complete and correct

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance

Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
