How to Apply
Tax Compliance and EFRIS Management:
Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, PAYE, and other statutory obligations.
Manage and operate EFRIS to ensure accurate tax reporting.
Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and regulations.
Inventory and Financial Management:
Oversee inventory transactions, ensuring accurate recording and stock valuation.
Conduct periodic stock reconciliations to align inventory with financial records.
Provide financial insights to support inventory control and informed business decisions.
Bank and Supplier Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between financial records and bank statements.
Reconcile supplier accounts, track payments, outstanding invoices, and manage credit terms.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and effective account management.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate periodic management reports to provide insights into business performance.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
General Accounting Duties:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions using accounting software.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation for financial reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within a hardware or inventory-driven business.
In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, including EFRIS, VAT, and PAYE.
Experience with bank and supplier reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of inventory management and financial controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
