Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving financial performance across key customer accounts. The role demands strategic thinking, market analysis, pricing negotiation, and close collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and operational teams. You'll provide tailored solutions, lead contract negotiations, and contribute to Nokia's continued success through innovation and collaboration.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage strategic customer accounts and ensure achievement of revenue targets
Develop customized sales strategies aligned with customer goals
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve customer experience
Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product/service improvement
Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
Identify and explore new business opportunities
Foster long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
10–15 years of experience in sales and account management
Strong customer relationship and strategic sales experience
Proven negotiating skills and financial target achievement
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred:
Graduate degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering
Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Familiarity with telecom products and services
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
