Job Description
As a Product Marketer, you will develop strategic marketing content tailored to enterprise clients, ensure clear product messaging across all touchpoints, and lead the launch and promotion of new features and products. You will partner with Product and Sales to align marketing strategies with enterprise buyer behavior, create tools to support the sales team, and gather insights from customer interviews and competitive research to optimize positioning and drive conversions. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that Nomba’s business solutions are effectively communicated to the right audience for maximum impact.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Craft and maintain differentiated messaging for each business banking product
Tailor positioning for various enterprise verticals
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new enterprise offerings
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to launch new features and drive adoption
Train Account Managers on value propositions and sales strategies
Create sales tools such as decks, pricing guides, and playbooks
Conduct win/loss analyses and customer interviews for strategic insights
Monitor competitors and identify market gaps for new features or products
Highlight key proof points and product value to enterprise customers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in fintech or B2B enterprise
Proven track record launching and scaling enterprise-oriented solutions
Deep understanding of enterprise buyer behavior and industry-specific messaging
Strong ability to develop go-to-market plans and create sales collateral
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience in enterprise banking, financial operations, or payment systems
Excellent project management and execution skills
