Job Description
Next Media is hiring 9 Account Managers to drive revenue through advertising and sponsorship sales in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sell advertising slots and sponsorship packages to businesses and organizations.
- Meet with clients to understand their marketing and communication objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial pitches.
- Negotiate advertising and sponsorship agreements and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with programming, production, and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database.
- Monitor television, media, and advertising trends to identify new opportunities.
- Represent at client meetings, networking engagements, and industry events.
