Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executives (6 Positions)
Company: Qaziyo Company Limited
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Participate in marketing and promotional events when necessary.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
