Job Summary:
Q-Sourcing, on behalf of CITCC, is hiring six (6) qualified Ugandan engineers to support ongoing telecommunications infrastructure projects across the country. Selected candidates will work closely with Chinese technical teams to manage construction progress, maintain quality and safety standards, and facilitate stakeholder communications. Some positions will require Chinese language skills.

How to Apply
Support Chinese engineers in overseeing construction progress, quality control, and site safety.
Liaise with government departments, NITA-U, and subcontractors to address project-related concerns.
Assist in administrative tasks such as visa arrangements, documentation, and safety protocols.
Maintain project records, generate reports, and coordinate on-site activities.
Utilize software tools like Google Maps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for daily operations.
Translate and interpret between Chinese and local languages (for Chinese-speaking candidates).
Participate in training sessions to understand telecom processes and systems.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Maps.
3–4 candidates must have basic Chinese language proficiency.
Prior experience in telecom or infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
Must own a laptop and smartphone for field use.
Flexibility to travel across Uganda for project assignments.
Enthusiastic about telecommunications and cross-cultural collaboration.
Work Environment:
Combination of fieldwork and office work depending on project stage.
Regular travel across Uganda, often with tight deadlines.
Extended working hours, including weekends or public holidays, may be necessary.
Collaborative work with both local and Chinese teams.
