Job Description
The Senior Laboratory Chemist will oversee all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate analysis and quality control of raw materials, production intermediates, and finished sugar products. This role is critical in maintaining product standards and supporting production efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials, process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and national regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare reports on laboratory findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and supervise junior laboratory staff.
