• Consolidate and validate monthly sales forecasts in coordination with the Sales
• Lead the S&OP process, ensuring alignment of demand and supply plans across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure timely purchasing aligned with forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Oversee import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.
• Supervise logistics from port arrival to warehouse, and from warehouse to customer delivery. Including DN creation and
• Ensure effective warehouse management, covering inventory control, dispatch operations, and cycle counts; report overstock and near-expiry items.
• Manage scrap and obsolete inventory in compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure supply chain data accuracy, compliance with policies, and audit
• Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
