Job Summary: Revolusys Software Limited is seeking 03 Dynamic and Motivated individuals to join our team as business development executives. This role is open to female applicants only.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive at Revolusys Technologies, you will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients (and possibly partners), and contributing to revenue generation. You will act as a front-line representative, connecting the company’s services/products to prospective clients, and helping expand the company’s market presence.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Typical duties for such a role include:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas and gaps the company can exploit. 

  • Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
    Generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, industry events, online outreach (e.g. social media, professional networks) and other channels.
    Reach out to potential clients, set up meetings or presentations, and introduce the company’s offerings (services or products).

  • Proposal & Sales Pitch Development:
    Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
    Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and close deals effectively. revalsys.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets or revenue goals.
    Manage sales pipeline — track leads, follow up, convert prospects, and maintain records using CRM or similar tools.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    Understand clients’ needs and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. technical, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
    Work closely with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company offerings.

  • Helps us drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
