Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant (2 Jobs)

Duty Station: Kyangwali Refugee Settlement, Uganda
Job Summary:
Your roles as a teacher will be to directly to manage the teaching & learning processes for both in & out of classrooms during the school hours in the school that you will be posted in; planning together with your headteacher & other colleague teachers; report to headteacher who will be your immediate supervisor and participate in any community engagement aimed at promoting access to quality education.

How to Apply
General support in interpreting during teaching & learning in lower classes allocated to you.
Supporting in managing classrooms to ensure discipline and control for better teaching & learning.
Support in ensuring cleanliness in teaching spaces and classrooms.
Attending staff meetings and participate in the planning and management of schools.
Participate in the co-curricular activities to enhance children’s holistic learning.
Be part of the child protection structure in school that will promote safety, child safeguarding policy and protection of children while in school by ensuring the school is free from all forms of child abuse and risk.
Minimum of “O” level certificate or its equivalent
Must be a registered refugee with evidence of Refugee identity card/Attestation Card
Recommendation from RWCs
Ability to speak commonly used local languages by refugees i.e. Arabic, Congolese, Kiswahili, and any other languages.
