Job Description
Job Title: Online Newspaper Intern (2 No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Raising Gabdho Foundation (RGF)
Duty Station: Remote / Kampala (Hybrid if needed)
Duration: 3 months internship with possibility of extension
Start Date: 10th December 2025
Reporting to: Operations lead
Job Summary: We are revitalising RGF’s online newspaper to become a trusted, people- centred digital outlet. We are seeking two passionate, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven interns to support editorial work, article development, and digital publishing. This opportunity is ideal for aspiring journalists, writers, and content creators who want to build experience in non-profit media and socially relevant storytelling.

How to Apply

Recent graduate or awaiting graduation in journalism, communications, development studies, or a related field.
Passionate about community stories and development-focused media.
Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
Comfortable working independently and remotely with guidance.
Basic familiarity with blogging platforms or digital publishing tools is an advantage (e.g., WordPress, Canva).
