Job Description
Job Title: Export Officer (2 Positions)
Organisation: Xclusive Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary:
To coordinate and manage all export activities from order receipt to shipment, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction in compliance with export standards and regulations. The Export officer will act as a key link between the production, quality, and Expedition teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders and customer satisfaction.

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology from a recognized university.
Experience with export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.
A minimum experience of 3 years working in related field.
Strong computer skills.
High integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
