How to Apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Packaging Process:
Execute tasks in the packaging process, including product feeding, labeling, sealing, and packing of products.
Ensure products are packaged in compliance with company standards, following specifications and quality guidelines.
Perform quality control checks throughout the packaging process, including verifying labeling, seal integrity, weight checks, and product count.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, including counts, weights, and any quality deviations.
Adhere to quality control processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues.
Document activities according to company standards for record-keeping and traceability.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to hygiene practices as required by the industry.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) if applicable.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Certificate/ diploma in any related field
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet production targets.
Strong attention to detail to detect and prevent quality issues.
Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing production systems.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime, based on production demands.
