The Graduate Trainee Program at CFAO Mobility Uganda is designed to develop future leaders by offering a comprehensive rotation across all business areas. During the 24-month period, trainees will gain hands-on experience, acquire technical and soft skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the mobility sector.
