The Anchoring and Mooring Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of all mooring systems, ensuring that platforms and cages are securely positioned in accordance with the standard hardware requirements.

The Outlet Assistant is Responsible for actively participating in the Outlet’s operations from stock receipt, weighing, icing, housekeeping, preparing customer orders, and promoting good customer relations.

The successful candidate will support the HSES Manager in implementing and maintaining a robust HSES management system to ensure the health and safety of employees, protect the environment, and safeguard the farm’s assets.

To provide comprehensive support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems including but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and benefits administration, Maintenance of personnel files, staff motivation initiatives, and disciplinary procedures.

The incumbent assists in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, Maintenance of personnel files, staff motivation initiatives, and disciplinary procedures as well as providing clerical support to all employees.
