Assists the Finance & Grants Manager in the administration and oversight of program funds in coordination with RTI and USAID guidelines

In coordination with human resources, collects approved timesheets, ensuring their completeness and timely submission by staff.

Oversee finance, operations, human resource management, logistics, procurement, administration, and information technology (IT) support to the project.  

Oversees grants management process for local organizations, including grants proposal tracking, review, and approval process.

Provide support in developing job descriptions, keeping them updated with evolving requirements, and posting job requisitions.

Support in Bids issue during open bidding, to the interested bidders whilst maintaining a record of all bids issued.

Maintain a good relationship with vendors and partners and follow with vendors and suppliers as required to ensure timely deliveries and submission of invoices.

Perform other duties related to managing project monitoring and evaluation, learning and adaptive management.

Ensure compliance with RTI finance, accounting and procurement policies and procedures as well as local laws (i.e., taxes, customs, registration, minimize unreliable expenses).

Advise and consult with the relevant government counterparts and ensure effective, quality technical assistance on targeted instruction.

Provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of accountability and anti-corruption activities.

Maintain the vehicle in a satisfactory condition, including weekly cleaning of the interior and exterior and periodic (quarterly) cleaning of the motor and chassis.
