Provide advice and technical support to user departments in developing goods and service specifications for inclusion in requisition or request for proposal

Together, with the advisory committee, lead a program of wider consultations to receive feedback on the draft strategy.

Maintain accounting, statutory financial reporting, financial controls, and information systems to ensure adequate records, appropriate authorizations of transactions, and safeguarding of assets.
