Take lead in the mentor recruitment strategy & ensure that the strategy is aligned to the current mentor needs

Propose scope and product research design for learning activities per the learning agenda. Periodically assess progress on the learning agenda.

Plan logistical inputs required for Org wide events. Create and ensure the presence of a clear and up to date event master plan.

Liaising and maintaining relationships with recruitment channel partners including developing partnership agreements and monitoring performance of these channels.

Understand the inner workings of partner organizations and identify changes in strategy and new opportunities.

Write and project manage grant reports and proposals, working closely with Educate! teams across countries to gather information needed for reporting and donor materials.

The Human Resource Cordinator shall be the process lead on staff recruitment, contracts, orientation and onboarding of new staff, administer employee benefits, and ensure efficient and proper staff record keeping.

The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various areas like: Staff Recruitment, Orientation & Onboarding, Staff Records Management & filing, HR Logistics & Events

Lead monthly youth leader capacity building program. Including preparing for youth leader training and providing content related feedback to LEEP team

Offer support to timely, quality session design as assigned.

Use mentor recruitment strategy to inform candidates for recruitment as per the mentor role profile.

Manage mentor exit smoothly while observing mentor exit strategy as stipulated in the mentor and Youth leader handbook.
