A Public Sector Organization in Uganda, seeks expression of interest from qualified, eligible firms for Supply of Double Cabin Pick-Ups, Hard Top Double Cabin Pick-Ups, Mini Buses, and Station Wagons
Scope of Work:
The selected bidder will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and handover of the specified vehicles, which include Double Cabin Pick-Ups, Hard Top Double Cabin Pick-Ups, Mini Buses, and Station Wagons, in accordance with the requirements outlined.
This includes ensuring that the vehicles meet the specified technical standards and quality, providing relevant documentation such as vehicle manuals and warranties, and conducting necessary inspections before delivery.
The bidder will also be responsible for the timely delivery of the vehicles to the designated locations, ensuring that all vehicles are fully functional and ready for use upon handover.
Additionally, the bidder must provide after-sales services, including maintenance support, during the warranty period.
