Tender Description:
The Company invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified service providers for the provision of motor vehicle service and repair services under a framework contract. The tender seeks competent firms capable of delivering routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing for Company’s vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Scope of Work:
The selected service provider will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance and repair of Company’s fleet of motor vehicles, including routine servicing, engine diagnostics, replacement of worn-out parts, bodywork repairs, and other mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. The provider will ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, serviced according to manufacturer standards, and maintained in a safe and reliable condition. The services will be delivered under a framework contract, allowing the Company to schedule repairs and maintenance as needed over the contract period, with clear reporting and invoicing for each service rendered.
