Tender Description:
The Institute seeks to procure key learning resources and equipment to enhance the quality of training for its students in nursing, midwifery, laboratory sciences, and clinical medicine. This procurement aims to strengthen practical and theoretical learning by equipping the institution with modern teaching materials and technology.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work involves the supply and delivery of medical and academic books, computers and ICT equipment, skills laboratory training equipment, and a photocopier to the Medical Training Institute. The successful supplier(s) shall provide high-quality, genuine, and durable items that meet the Institute’s technical specifications and training requirements. Responsibilities include timely delivery to the Institute premises, proper installation and configuration of ICT equipment and the photocopier, and ensuring that all items are fully functional upon delivery. The supplier must also provide warranties, user manuals, and any necessary after-sales support to ensure effective utilization of the equipment and materials.
