Job Description

Young graduates receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals within the organization. They learn about company policies, procedures, and systems, as well as industry-specific knowledge and skills relevant to their assigned roles.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Rotational Assignments: Participants in Young Graduate Programs often rotate through different departments or functional areas within the organization. They may spend a few months in each rotation, gaining exposure to various roles, responsibilities, and business functions.

  • On-the-Job Training: Young graduates receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals within the organization. They learn about company policies, procedures, and systems, as well as industry-specific knowledge and skills relevant to their assigned roles.

  • Project Work: Participants may be assigned to work on specific projects or initiatives during their tenure in the program. This could involve conducting research, analyzing data, developing presentations, or contributing to team projects aimed at addressing business challenges or opportunities.

  • Professional Development: Young Graduate Programs often include training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to enhance participants' skills and competencies. Topics may include leadership development, communication skills, time management, and technical skills relevant to their field.

  • Networking Opportunities: Participants have the opportunity to network with peers, managers, executives, and other professionals both within and outside the organization. They may attend networking events, social gatherings, and professional conferences to expand their professional contacts and build relationships.

  • Performance Evaluation: Participants in Young Graduate Programs undergo regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to assess their progress and development. Managers provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recognize achievements to support participants' growth and development.

  • Career Planning and Support: The organization may provide career counseling, guidance, and support to help participants identify their career goals and aspirations. This could include assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies as participants transition out of the program.

  • Community Engagement: Some Young Graduate Programs include opportunities for participants to engage in community service or volunteer activities. This allows participants to give back to their communities while also developing leadership skills and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in the fields of Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

  • Must have graduated in 2024.
