Job Title: Workshop Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are looking for a qualified workshop assistant who will receive incoming repair jobs, monitor progress & communicating with customers to ensure they have a good service experience. The role includes repair & record keeping roles as well hence requires a multitasker, who pays attention to details & can work under pressure. Female is preferred.

How to Apply
Routine maintenance, mechanical diagnosis, vehicle inspection 2. Maintain repair & maintenance records & other related
administrative tasks such as scheduling service appointments. 3. Relay information to customers on their vehicle status and answer inquiries.
Perform road testing of vehicles will ensure that they are in proper working order.
Accurately manage service records.
Respond to customer complaints about the maintenance /repair service.
