How to Apply
Support completion engineers in planning and preparing well completion activities.
Assist in the installation of completion equipment, including tubing, packers, and safety valves.
Keep accurate documentation such as daily reports, equipment logs, and job records.
Help diagnose and resolve minor operational issues under supervision.
Manage inventory and ensure necessary completion tools and materials are available.
Contribute to developing completion programs, procedures, and risk assessments.
Take part in post-operation reviews and performance evaluations.
Assist in the proper maintenance and handling of completion equipment and tools.
Provide on-site technical support during completion operations as needed.
Ensure compliance with all HSE standards throughout completion activities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of completion processes, techniques, and tools such as tubing, packers, safety valves, and downhole screens.
2–3 years of experience in oil and gas operations, preferably in well completion.
Knowledge of oilfield operations, industry safety standards, and HSE procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, field teams, and operations staff.
Experience with technical software (e.g., well planning or data analysis tools) is an added advantage.
Candidates should preferably be below 45 years of age.
