Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all Training Institute rules, regulations, and values are observed and obeyed by students
- Receive and handle students' grievances effectively
- Ensure maintenance of cleanliness of the entire hostel environment
- Ensure continuous availability of critical utilities at the hostel
- Ensure hostel infrastructure and facilities are maintained in proper repair and functioning
- Ensure continuous information flow to the school administration about the hostel situation
- Take charge of students' welfare in terms of feeding, accommodation, and medical care
- Take charge of safe custody of all assets within the hostel premises
- Ensure full-time security and safety for students and property at the hostel
- Assist the administration in receiving, orienting, and inducting new students
