Job Description
Masheda Palms Resort is seeking talented, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our hospitality team. We offer temporary work options with the potential for long-term engagement. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Job Summary:
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Provide information on menus, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in dining areas.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
