Job Description
Synthetic description of the position
Conduct the examination of visa application files, under the authority of the Head of Diplomatic Mission/Consular Chief of the Post Officer, the Chief of Chancery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Main activities
VISAS : Apply and monitor the proper use of visa regulations; Conduct verification, instruction and decision-making on visa application files; Participate in the daily monitoring and control of the service provider’s activity, if any; Participation in reflections on improving the quality of services rendered; Participation in training and supervision of individual contractors. AFE: register, identity documents, elections, school scholarships, civil status Refugees : reception and start-up of refugees resettled in France in liaison with UNHCR and IOM receipt of civil registration records + visa (family reunifications and UNHCR resettlement)
