Job Description
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables in a friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Present bills accurately and assist with payment processing.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service standards at all times.
