Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process, review and approve customer transactions in line with delegated authority including cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals, inter-account transfers, currency exchange
- Handle Telegraphic Transfer, Electronic Funds Transfer, RTGS, customer draft, cheque book, card, stop payment and static data instructions
- Manage cash within approved limits, balance cash against daily journals, support reconciliation of cash and general ledger accounts
- Provide professional, consistent and customer-focused service
- Support digital migration by encouraging customers to use online platforms
- Identify opportunities to refer customers for relevant bank products and services
- Ensure compliance with AML, CDD, KYC, customer data protection, audit and conduct requirements
