Role Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting solar equipment and related materials to project sites nationwide, ensuring deliveries are made safely, on time, and in full compliance with traffic and company regulations.

How to Apply
Safely operate company trucks to transport solar equipment and materials to designated locations.
Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo following safety protocols.
Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure the truck remains roadworthy.
Maintain accurate logs including delivery notes, mileage, and fuel usage.
Adhere strictly to all Ugandan traffic laws and internal company transport policies.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to plan and execute delivery schedules.
Ensure the secure and careful handling of sensitive and valuable solar equipment.
Valid and up-to-date Ugandan driver’s license for heavy trucks.
Minimum 10 years of professional truck driving experience.
Clean driving record with excellent knowledge of Ugandan road networks.
Ability to conduct minor mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance travel.
Strong communication skills, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Demonstrates professionalism and reliability at all times.
