Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting starters, main courses, and desserts (including pastries) according to established recipes and menus. They will ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, and adhere to established procedures for efficiency. The Chef will also adapt to changing menu requirements, support special requests, and work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations. A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to mentoring trainees in a positive and team-oriented environment are essential.
