Job Description
GLOFORD Uganda is implementing the Wealth from Waste Project that aims to address youth unemployment and inadequate waste management in Uganda's cities of Lira, Gulu and Soroti. The project aims at establishing sustainable, market-driven waste recycling chains, creating at least 300 decent jobs through innovative recycling initiatives, vocational training, and business incubation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver an interactive training covering the following key modules:
- Business Development
- Financial Planning and Management
- Product Innovation
- Customer Relations and Retention
- Integrated Life Skills (e.g., communication, leadership, problem-solving)
- Mentorship of Wasteprenuers
- The training should be practical, participatory, and tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs in waste management and recycling sectors.
- Training curriculum and materials
- Training report including participant feedback and recommendations
- Development of Simple training manuals
- Develop Training Reports there after
