Job Description
We invite applications from highly motivated and academically gifted individuals to join our team as a Management Trainee Engineer. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Technical and Business Development Department. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
You will be involved in:
- Project Initiations: Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and conceptualizing project ideas.
- Tenders & Bids: Supporting the preparation and submission of competitive tender documents and proposals.
- Sales & Client Relations: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and presenting technical solutions.
- Project Implementation: Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing engineering projects to ensure successful delivery.
