Job Description
To operate and maintain tractors and farm machinery at NARO research institutes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and farm machinery for plowing, planting, and harvesting at research stations
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment
- Ensure safe operation of all machinery
- Transport materials and equipment as needed
- Maintain equipment logs and service records
- Report mechanical issues to supervisors
