Job Description
The Tractor Driver will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining tractors, ensuring proper lubrication and inspection. The driver will also handle minor repairs on tractors and farm equipment, use the tractors to operate agricultural machinery, and perform other related tasks as required.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Safely operate tractors and other farm machinery
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on tractors and farm equipment
Carry out tractor inspections to ensure proper lubrication and functioning
Utilize tractors to push and pull agricultural equipment as required
Follow written and verbal instructions for tasks
Adhere to health and safety protocols while operating machinery

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A relevant driving license
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
An associate degree in a related field may be an advantage
