Job Description
The Office Driver will plan driving routes ahead of time to ensure expedient trips, assist with loading and unloading luggage or equipment, stay informed on traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes accordingly, and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the vehicle. Regular vehicle servicing and timely reporting of issues are also essential duties.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and map out driving routes in advance to avoid delays.
Transport personnel and luggage safely between office, sites, and other locations.
Assist in loading and unloading luggage or equipment.
Monitor traffic and weather reports to adjust routes as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and comfort of car seats and interiors.
Schedule and ensure regular vehicle servicing.
Arrange car washing and detailing services.
Report any vehicle issues promptly.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
OND qualification.
Literacy: Ability to read and write adequately.
